Mental Adjustment to Radical Ideas

I wonder if everyone is like me and questions everything if you believe that there are "paid for" scientists and Drs. Most have no trouble believing for example that the election was stolen in 2016, and suddenly now it is not possible for that to happen. Some people have no problem believing that Christians are evil and out to destroy humanity as we know it and that eggs and peanuts are very bad for them. 

Every time we turn around there is a new set of rules, a new diet, a new make-over, a new weight loss magic pill, a new piece of equipment to work out at home with, a new yoga class, and a new shiny thing and we read the "fake" reviews on Facebook placed by so many people when you are in the "know" and never heard of this product, but many don't think so critically and buy it, they also never go back to tell everyone what crap it is.

We can't dislike people, things, statements, opinions, or even what we believe are "facts" anymore. There is a team of "straighten the FK up" that will come and pummel you into submission if you dare. Gee, welcome to being "free".   

"Fake news" has a new twist, funny because I recall one person coining that phrase, now it's like a law. Fact-check this and fact-check that, and the fact-checkers are so biased it is enough to make you want to scream because they leave out any fact.

Do any of you recall what it was like to say "bejesus"?
